LU Customer Service Managers Vote for Action
85% vote to strike!

TSSA Customer Service Managers have overwhelmingly voted for strike action and action short of strike action.

In a clear message to the company regarding the current proposals around Customer Operations: Stations Changes, TSSA Customer Service Manager members voted 85% in favour of striking and over 90% voted for action short of a strike.

The current proposals are not acceptable to TSSA members and we will continue the fight against these proposals, now with this strike mandate.

Your TSSA Reps will discuss next steps. Look out for further developments and announcements. If you are not a CSM, please give your support to your LU colleagues who are fighting these proposals.
