TSSA update on London Underground pay talks

Pay talks with London Underground resumed this week. The company made an initial offer of 3% with a one off non-consolidated payment of £500. Your TSSA Reps rejected this immediately.

The company have subsequently made a revised offer of 3.3% for April 2023 to March 2024. With RPI inflation currently at nearly 14%, this poor offer is clearly not acceptable and will be rejected.

Your TSSA Reps will resume pay talks with the company on 25 May when we expect the company to make a substantially improved pay offer and to give a detailed response to your pay claim.

We will keep you informed of progress.

Also, if another member is not receiving their copy it could be that they have unsubscribed from TSSA marketing messages. It's easy to fix by visiting MyTSSA but unfortunately we cannot make the change for members, it has to be done by the member themself.

There's never been a more important time to be a member of a union. Remember, the more members we have, the more effectively we will be able to represent you in discussions with the leadership team at London Underground. So please encourage your colleagues to join today.
