Northern (legally Northern Trains Limited) is a publicly-owned train operating company in England that commenced operating the Northern franchise on 1 March 2020. TSSA is the only union with collective bargaining rights for managers. It also has collective bargaining rights for clerical and station staff and some depot staff.
