TSSA in Serco
Serco is a multi-national service company, with interests in many sectors. It has a number of businesses in transport, including Serco Rail Technical Services and Caledonian Sleepers, and it has a 50% stake in Merseyrail. Serco Rail Technical Services manages the Rail Innovation and Development Centre (RIDC) at Melton on behalf of Network Rail.
TSSA is the only union with collective bargaining rights for all Serco Rail Technical Services staff, including those employed at RIDC Melton.
