Status of industrial action and ballots

***UPDATED 14 December 2022***

TSSA has called a combination of strike action and action short of strike in the following companies on the following dates. Details of re-ballots are also given.

TSSA rejected an offer from the Rail Delivery Group (RDG) on Sunday 4 December. We remain in touch with both the RDG and government and we are seeking further talks to progress and improve the offer for members. 

Currently, the below action is ON. Industrial action in Network Rail was suspended following an offer which we are putting to members.
