DfT Operator Limited (DFTO) has responsibility for train operators’ ownership in England. DFTO is a public corporation of the Department for Transport.
TSSA has bargaining rights in ticket office, travel centre & station, customer contact centre, clerical and managers.
TSSA is the only union with collective bargaining rights for managers in Northern.
TSSA represents salaried staff employed by Southeastern on a collective and/or individual basis depending on their grade
