Owned by the UK Government, LNER operates passenger train services and stations from London Kings Cross to Peterborough, Doncaster, Wakefield, Leeds, York, Newcastle and Edinburgh.
TSSA has collective bargaining rights for ticket office, travel centre and station staff, customer contact centre staff, and clerical staff. It also represents managers.
