Become a TfL rep

Our reps do amazing work every day for our members

Fancy being a rep?

Ever thought about becoming a TSSA rep?

TSSA has a number of vacancies for industrial, health and safety and learning reps. If you’re interested in stepping up to help your colleagues, fill in the form below to find out more.

Training and support will be provided, and you’ll be eligible for paid time off from work for training and for union duties. (This may include full time release during consultation.)

Trade union reps are protected against victimisation by UK legislation, and the recognition agreement between TfL and TSSA stipulates that reps will not suffer any detriment as a result of undertaking trade union duties.

Our members are going to need support so there’s never been a better time to get more involved and join TSSA's team of reps.

If you’re interested in finding out more about becoming a rep or getting more involved, please get in touch asap so that we can have a chat about what’s involved, the next steps etc. We look forward to hearing from you!
