TfW Rail Services HQ Clerical and Management grades 2019 Pay Survey

Your views are important so tell us what you want from the 2019 pay claim by 22 February 2019.

It is now time to consider the TSSA pay claim for all HQ Clerical and Management grades. TSSA is the only trade union that has collective bargaining rights and therefore the ability to negotiate for Management and HQ Clerical grades. Your TSSA reps are therefore keen to seek your views so that we can set our negotiating priorities for talks, based on your aspirations.

Please also encourage your colleagues who are TSSA members to complete the survey or at the very least speak to your Company Council representative. If you have colleagues who want their opinions known but aren’t a member of any trade union then please encourage them to join online and have their say. 

Pay Talks

Your representatives know how important the pay talks will be for you so please tell us what you think is significant. In conjunction with your representatives we are planning to submit the TSSA pay claim in advance of the July anniversary date and will be looking to start pay talks as soon as possible to give us the best chance of resolving talks in advance of the anniversary date.

Please ensure that you complete the survey by 22 February 2019 so that we can formulate a pay claim in good time.
