Transport for Wales Rail Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Transport for Wales, provides passenger train services across Wales and in English counties adjoining Wales.
TSSA is the only union with collective bargaining rights for managers – covering Driver Managers, Station Managers, Resource Managers and others in head office and beyond. TSSA has collective bargaining rights for clerical staff, including team organisers, personal assistants, people who work in train planning, social media, finance, HR and other related roles. The union also has collective bargaining rights for all station staff, platform, booking office, and customer service roles.
