Lead. Support. Grow. – Nominations Open for 8 TSSA Stations and Revenue Functional Council Full-time Release Representatives

Are you a current Tier 1 or Tier 2 Industrial Rep or Health & Safety Rep with London Underground? This is your opportunity to step into a full-time leadership role and make a real difference.

We’re seeking nominations for 8 TSSA Stations and Revenue Functional Council Full-time Release Representatives roles for a 3-year term.

There are:

• Four Industrial Rep vacancies
  • two Reps from Branch 454 and
  • two Reps from Branch Underground Number 1
• Four Health and Safety Rep vacancies
  • two Reps from Branch 454, including one designated seat for Revenue staff, and
  • two Reps from Branch Underground number 1.

Please note these are all full-time release positions.

Eligibility to be nominated:

You must be a current Tier 1 or Tier 2 Industrial or Health and Safety TSSA Rep in Stations and Revenue to be nominated for the respective Industrial or Health and Safety Rep positions. For example, if you are a Health and Safety Rep, then you can only be nominated for the Health and Safety Rep positions. In addition, you must be eligible within your substantive role/grade resulting from the Stations Change programme. If you are moving into the MATS branch for example, you will not be eligible to be nominated.

• Include a 200-word election statement outlining your skills and experience
• Read the attached Key Role Responsibilities before applying
• Submit by 5pm, 1 September to londonunderground@tssa.org.uk.

Eligibility to vote:

In the event that an election is required all TSSA Stations and Revenue members are eligible to vote for your respective Branch Reps, unless you are moving to a non-Stations branch. Only TSSA Revenue members are eligible to vote for the designated Revenue Health and Safety Rep position (Branch 454).
