TfW Rail Limited 2022 stations pay referendum result

Dear member

We are writing to you to thank those of you who took the time out to respond to our latest 2022 pay referendum for the station grade.

We appreciate that this has been a drawn-out process and thank you for your continued patience. Your ongoing feedback has been invaluable in the negotiation process and has shaped the final offer which we put to you.

Your reps were delighted to recommend this offer to you which is reflected in that 95% of you who voted have accepted the deal.

We will now inform the company and request confirmation of when the pay increase and backpay will be issued.

Non-station members please note that we have received confirmation from the company that the following elements will now be included in your previously agreed pay offer

“We have committed to a collective pay deal of 4.5% across all grades or a minimum increase of £1,500 (FTE) for colleagues earning less than £33,350, plus productivity, which will be 2.1% for all grades.

While this collective base pay offer has not changed, in order to recognise the unprecedented circumstances around the cost of living, and to provide further support, a one-off non-consolidated payment of £1,000 will also be made to all colleagues earning less than £33,350 (FTE).

In addition, we have also agreed to provide spouse / partners of colleagues that leave TfW RL e.g., Retire, ill health, a TfW Rail Travel pass, which will mirror previous similar arrangements (eligibility from 1 July 2022).”
