Thank you for taking the time recently to provide us with your views about the proposed relocation to Pontypridd. Overall the majority of you are positive about the proposed compensation arrangements, the top choices in order of preference were Personal Daily Travel Allowance; pension enhancement followed by the mileages allowance, time back and extra annual leave (shared weightings). We made a note of your queries including the enhanced pension option and the possibility of continued home working which we raised with the company on 09/03/22. We had a good meeting which will continue to inform the discussions we have going forwards.
We are keen to ensure that prior to the proposed relocation that you are furnished with as much information as possible to make an informed decision. We made this position very clear to the company and they have confirmed that the current interim arrangements remain in place until we reach a full agreement. We have agreed to weekly meetings going forwards to progress this consultation and we will continue to keep you updated on all relevant discussion areas.
