It's your pay, have your say!

Your reps are pleased to share with you a survey on pay, to help shape our ongoing discussions with HS2 Ltd.

As the recognised trade union for HS2 staff, we are in ongoing discussions with HS2 regarding the HS2 pay policy. This was a hard-won outcome of the pay talks in June 2022. Whilst the company negotiates with the TSSA, the outcome will affect all employees at HS2 Ltd.

These ongoing discussions are covering a range issue which include the grading system, the performance process, and things like pay when you move roles at HS2. We are also working with the company to address issues such as the gender and the ethnicity pay gap.

We are also hoping to see some changes to ongoing issues such as on-call pay, out of hours working and TOIL before Christmas.

But, alongside these ongoing discussions we will be preparing our Pay Award claim for 2023. This is the annual increase that is available to eligible staff at HS2 Ltd.

To help inform the ongoing pay discussions, and the pay award claim, we need your help.

Please fill in this survey and share with any colleagues at HS2 Ltd.

Your input will help us shape our strategy and inform what we ask for as part of the claim. So please fill in the survey and share widely with your colleagues.
