TSSA is the union with the most members and the most reps at TfL. We are the only union with recognition for senior managers (bands 4-5), so we can represent you at every stage in your career.
TSSA is recognised in every Business Area Council. These are local forums which align with Lead TfL officers. They meet quarterly and are an opportunity for your TSSA reps to ask questions and raise issues of concern on your behalf.
Company-wide matters are discussed at TfL Company Council, which meets every 3 months. This is the forum in which pay is negotiated, and in which we are consulted about the approach TfL takes to important issues such as flexible working,
