Reps agree revised offer

Your elected Reps met this afternoon to discuss the new revised pay offer from the company for General Grades, Bands 5 to 8 and Controllers.

Your Reps believe this is the best offer available through negotiation and therefore have agreed to put the new offer to you in a referendum.

We will send you full details of the pay offer tomorrow (Tuesday, 06 December) and hold a Briefing for members this week to explain the pay offer and answer questions, before sending out the referendum to you electronically.

As we are putting the new pay offer to you in a referendum, we will be cancelling all industrial action and suspending the re-ballot.
