TSSA has launched a referendum on a pay offer for Arriva Rail London (London Overground) members. ARL members are asked to take part.
Following extensive negotiations with the company, TSSA has received an offer of 6.5% for 2022. This is made up of a straightforward 5% uplift, with a further 1.5% that comes with conditions.
The referendum is being run online only and is the chance for members to accept or reject this pay offer.
“We’re urging all of our members to vote in this important pay referendum to either accept or reject the offer made on pay in ARL” said ARL Organiser Mel Taylor. “Please check your email on Monday and vote straight away. We will be led by our members on this matter and if the pay offer is rejected our next option is to ballot for industrial action.”
TSSA represents over 500 staff at ARL, with recognition for management grades, including Control and driver managers, and joint recognition for stations.
